Our rough cedar pergolas are built with high quality materials construction techniques. We install frost depth footings, hidden galvanized steel fasteners, hidden lag bolts and screws.

Cedar will patina to a natural silver-grey with no chemical preservative coating. Applying a stain or paint to Cedar lumber is not recommended unless you plan on repeating the process every few years. We do recommend treating the ends of cedar boards with Sikkens prior to construction.
